Phil Schaeffer, President
Phil has more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of Management Information Systems, Education, Fundraising, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Membership and Communications for a national nonprofit. He still wears many hats for CTG, with key roles in strategic planning for clients, database management, and marketing.

Connie Mahan, Vice President, Technical Programs
After fifteen years in the nonprofit community managing Information Systems and providing advocacy leadership and training in grassroots and constituent-building programs, Connie has turned her organizational and technical talents to web development for nonprofits. Online databases, content management, content creation and editing, and technical support are among the skills she brings to CTG.
