WEST VIRGINIA COMMUNITY FOUNDATIONS CONSORITUM

The Consortium has as one of its primary goals capacity buiding for the 23 foundations that compose the Consortium. A Web site that provides help to donors and financial advisors, news, and tools that foundations can use to more effectively serve their communities are just some of the resources their site provides.
